    It was excellent for these reasons: the gym, the location, the gym, the common areas, it's proximity to Harris teeter and the gym

    It is more than an apartment building. It is a community of people who know each other and often share activities. I say it is assisted living for the under 50 set. You don't need to leave the building unless you want or need to. Between the concierge, building and maintenance staff - they take good care of you. The gym and pool are great and with an underground garage to Harris Teeter and public spaces with WiFi, grills, gardens and a Starbucks machine.....you don't have to leave everything you need is here. The NoMa community is growing, it's a great place to be.
