The staff are incredible! The facilities are top notch and well kept. We immediately felt at home when we moved in.
Top notch amenities, fabulous staff and outstanding location!
Noise. Noise. Noise. If you value sleep, live elsewhere. Noise from the stadium lasts until 10/11 at night and loud construction begins earlier than 7 most mornings. The pool is overcrowded and the surrounding area looks like a frat party. Management needs to do more to control this problem. People pay a lot of money to live there and want to be able to enjoy the amenities and have a quiet place to sleep.
Love the location of this building but this property is not worth the money spent to live here. The major issue is in June 2018 a major leak in the roof caused severe flooding in portions of the building. Several aparments and floors were affected. Residents were uncomfortable and displaced for basically a whole month. Management handled the situation very poorly and did not communicate well with residents. Now, there are flies and gnats everywhere. On the weekends the pool area does get pretty gross with trash, beer cans and the bathrooms are gross. They need to increase the cleaning and attention to those areas. There is no guest parking which can be crazy for hosting people over your home. I will not be renewing my lease.
Overall, this place is great if you want to live in a place that reminds you of living in a frat house in college (the rooftop on weekends is that gross). For what you pay to live here, that really shouldn't be the case. Not the main reason for me moving, but it played a huge role in it (and I am not the only resident that is leaving due to this). Some pros and cons below:
Pros: Great staff, they are all so friendly and helpful. Really make you feel at home.
Cons: the elevators NEVER work (seriously takes like 10mins to get one and when you finally do its packed with people), the pool/ rooftop area is a disgusting mess on the weekends due to heavy drinking parties. Although this is not really managements fault they shouldn't allow unlimited guests per resident as things get out of control (beer cans every where, vomit on the grounds, food in the pool, random articles of clothing scattered throughout the pool). They really should find a way to contain this- I have lived in the building and have only gone to the pool a handful of times (none this year) since it is always packed by the time I get up there (usually 11am) and people are already drunk and acting crazy- not enjoyable/ relaxing.
