Terrific facilities and locale!
Noise. Noise. Noise. If you value sleep, live elsewhere. Noise from the stadium lasts until 10/11 at night and loud construction begins earlier than 7 most mornings. The pool is overcrowded and the surrounding area looks like a frat party. Management needs to do more to control this problem. People pay a lot of money to live there and want to be able to enjoy the amenities and have a quiet place to sleep.
Love the location of this building but this property is not worth the money spent to live here. The major issue is in June 2018 a major leak in the roof caused severe flooding in portions of the building. Several aparments and floors were affected. Residents were uncomfortable and displaced for basically a whole month. Management handled the situation very poorly and did not communicate well with residents. Now, there are flies and gnats everywhere. On the weekends the pool area does get pretty gross with trash, beer cans and the bathrooms are gross. They need to increase the cleaning and attention to those areas. There is no guest parking which can be crazy for hosting people over your home. I will not be renewing my lease.
