Beautiful units, professional and friendly staff. Manager seems to always be available via email even during later evening hours for questions or concerns. Where else can you get that? Not sure what the review below is talking about but I went to the The Louis and I couldn't even get up to see the leasing staff and they never respond to messages.
Elysium is a gem in an area full of apartments. Can't wait to move there!
Terrible management and the lack of amenities (no pool, no business center printer, no parking, etc.) should make you think twice before living here. My recommendation is to live across the street at Louis for the same amount of money.
Beautiful apartment condus
poor management: break in at the lobby after one month, noise, the lack of pool, gym and office printer (amenities) are not worth the price. better rent across the street at Louis
