Place is ok. Great location and the apartments are nice but everything else is just average or below average.

My wife and I just relocated to the area and the whole process was smooth. From our first tour of the building to our official move-in, District's property management, front desk and maintenance staff was incredibly helpful. The building itself is well maintained and we are happy with how the space and features of our new home.

Even before I went on the tour, I knew this was a place where I wanted to live. The receptionist knew everyone's name as they were arriving home, and the lobby was very clean. I took a tour at 10 a.m., and signed a lease by 3:00 p.m. I I was very impressed with the building, and the surrounding area.
