More of a 2 1/2 star review, but the rating system won't let me do so. This apartment building loves making empty threats that they hardly ever follow up on. While I was there, they told residents over and over and over again to check their mail regularly because the Postal Service was complaining about overflowing mailboxes. The postal service ended up suspending our mail service and all of us had to hike on over to the postal office to pick up our mail. A few weeks later, mail service is restored. And notices from management put up again about the mail. Did they follow through? No. No illegal dumping of large furniture items otherwise they'll "fine" you - also not true. Non-smoking? Nope, another lie. There's a memo by the elevators on most floors reminding residents to at least not smoke in their bathroom windows. The pest situation here goes from average to bad to infestation and back again. There was never a time where there wasn't SOME form of pestilence here. I saw on one apartment site that the apartment was listed as "management on site" this is also not true. There is no management on site. You have to track them down for anything. Work orders take a while to get done and when they do, you might or might not get a competent repairman. Lastly, the package theft here is on another level. If you end up moving here, go use an Amazon locker or sign up for fedex manager or some other way to coordinate the dropoff of your packages otherwise you WILL have at least one of your packages stolen here. Its almost a rite of passage for residents in this building. The price is cheap and all utilities are included so it has that much going for it.
