I so far love my experience living in the Avalon. It's the perfect fit for where I am in my life as a student at the American University. I would recommend this building to anyone, student or not.

The Avalon is a good mix for the young professional. There are amenities that are nice for anyone to enjoy such as pool, balconies, convenient package pick-up (friend front desk managers such as Simba) and more. You can reserve an elevator when you need to move in, which saves you those awkward moments when people look at you holding box on box on box when the doors open at the lobby. Overall, I'm happy with my experience in the Avalon and would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

So far, living at the Avalon Foxhall has been a great experience. As a student at American University, I can quickly and easily walk to campus in 5 minutes. It's a convenient and nice building with an equally nice staff.

Everyone at the Avalon is helpful and friendly. Renting your first apartment can be daunting, but the staff here made it easy. Once I moved in, my experience with them has continued to be great and I have also had a great experience with the maintenance team that addressed my non-emergency service request within a day.
