The staff was great. Brian, our your guide was amazing. Because of him, my children and I would like to make that our home.
I got bed bugs here. Property management was immediately responsive about having the matter investigated. The pest control company took 4 days to begin the treatment which would be weekly for up to 4 weeks. I had to put up a fight for this but I was given an alternative place to stay until the treatment occurred and they agreed to let me out of my lease with 30 days notice.
The amount of damages and expenses resulting from this are honestly endless furniture, clothing, luggage, paying rent for a new apartment and this one, etc. Most things have to go because bed bugs can lie dormant for up to a year and they get into everything. I also didnt trust the pest management company because they failed to identify them during their inspection. I had to meet them during the work day and upon my arrival I was able to spot well over a dozen on my bed alone, which they concurred were in fact bed bugs. Renters insurance also does not cover this.
Not only was it expensive but it was also just a general nightmare that I do not want to relive any time soon. Its unfortunate because I thought it was a beautiful building with amazing amenities.
