          I would not recommend. The management is difficult to deal with and provide excuses for poorly managed and maintained building community. There have been ongoing (months long and ongoing) issues that are not maintained or fixed timely. As a resident you have to constantly submit maintenance requests just for the community issues that should be proactively kept in working condition. Some community problems since I've lived here (6 months), leaking ceilings, broken a/c, broken garage door.... Those big items are either still broken (months and counting) or took months to repair.

          This place has really gone downhill since the pandemic. Management seems to have abandoned a lot of the upkeep, service, and overall care for the community that made this place great a few years ago. There has also been an uptick in crime in the building lately and management has not had the proper staff on site to control unwanted visitors and parties getting out of control. Whole place feels like a dorm and management treats residents that way. Not well managed and a lot of the residents rightfully are annoyed because they pay a lot to live there. Glad I moved out a few months ago though a shame because pre-pandemic I had a great experience here.

          I got bed bugs here. Property management was immediately responsive about having the matter investigated. The pest control company took 4 days to begin the treatment which would be weekly for up to 4 weeks. I had to put up a fight for this but I was given an alternative place to stay until the treatment occurred and they agreed to let me out of my lease with 30 days notice. The amount of damages and expenses resulting from this are honestly endless furniture, clothing, luggage, paying rent for a new apartment and this one, etc. Most things have to go because bed bugs can lie dormant for up to a year and they get into everything. I also didnt trust the pest management company because they failed to identify them during their inspection. I had to meet them during the work day and upon my arrival I was able to spot well over a dozen on my bed alone, which they concurred were in fact bed bugs. Renters insurance also does not cover this. Not only was it expensive but it was also just a general nightmare that I do not want to relive any time soon. Its unfortunate because I thought it was a beautiful building with amazing amenities.
