This place has gone way downhill over the last 2 years and it's simply horrible now. Maintenance is a joke and you will regularly lose Heat and A/C. The no-smoking policy is not enforced and many hallways reek of cigarette. Security is a total joke. They won't allow most deliveries to door but allow any random strangers in to roam the hallways. The front desk staff is very rude and people frequently lose packages that were delivered and signed for. Expect laundry machines to be broken for weeks/months at a time, and very bad smells in stairwells.

Love the building, quiet, nice office and entry staff. Could use a few fewer mice but they are working on that as well.
