I had downsized from a large four bedroom home surrounded by nature in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. I needed to rent a new home that would accommodate my dog and was looking for a place that I could really feel at home. I have 3 bedrooms to accommodate guests and my in-home office, two great decks where I back up to beautiful woods from the preserve land behind me, a roomy master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling and large bathroom, and a cozy wood burning fireplace for cold fall and winter days
Walden Townhomes are located in a quiet but easily accessible location. The community is near many local shopping areas, and its location is close to all the northern Delaware main traffic routes. The townhouse is nicely appointed and comfortable, and being surrounded by woods makes for a nice country feeling. Overall appeal of the property and professional staff make for a desirable living experience.
I have been living at Walden Townhomes for about a year now and absolutely love the community, privacy, and spacious townhomes. The office staff is extremely helpful and always willing to go above and beyond. The staff here does an excellent job up keeping each individual home and property. Townhomes are well built, and never hear neighbors. The community is very friendly and welcoming. If you are looking for a home in an excellent area in the heart of Pike Creek Walden Townhomes is right choice
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
