I have been a renter for about a decade and this is by far the worst place I've ever rented from. First, within the first few weeks I found the place infested with centipedes and crickets and even mice. And I was responsible for managing it because it was inside the property. it took them six months to fix a leaky window in the basement and once they did the paint peeled off the frame and they never came to repaint it. Eventually flies started coming in from around that window but thankfully this only lasted a few days. In addition, they seem to be incapable of keeping track of administrative things - once they told me I had no insurance (which i provided on move in) and another time they told me I didn't pay rent (after I sent them an email confirming they received my check AND the check was cashed). They also attempted to tell me that I owed $200 a month extra for rent when I went month to month. But they didn't tell me till the second month of the month to month lease and I doubt it is a coincidence that it was also 2 days after I told them I was ending my lease. Anyone else may have paid it without understanding their rights. They also returned my security deposit without interest (but for the 40 bucks or so it wasn't worth filing a claim to get it). Most of this is not outright illegal, but I would HIGHLY recommend avoiding this property.

Stayed here for 3 years and moved out recently. The new staff in the front office is not helpful, she doesn't care for tenants. Sort of reflects on how the management wants to treat the tenants. When we moved in we didn't get new carpet, but it was clean. We were careful with it, and got it cleaned with a pro before we moved out. Now, they say they replaced the carpet and cut $850 out of my security deposit without any explanation. Multiple follow ups, emails, they just say that they are going to send pictures of damaged carpet that we were responsible for. I'm yet to receive them. I don't think there are any. Just a newer management, which is trying to save buck by paying their bills out of the tenants' pocket. Don't go here, they are not good as they used to be. None from my present and previous 2 work places would rent here now, I made sure everyone knows about this. My company provides free legal counsel, and I'm thinking of asking them if I can file a complaint with consumer rights.

I'm currently looking for housing but unfortunately I have a demanding and hectic job schedule. I really love what I saw on the website , looking forward to seeing in person
