Overall, I feel that Greenville on 141 is a very nice place to live. I have not had too many issues and for the issues that I did experience, the apartment complex was quick to solve those issue and make my stay more comfortable. Thank you.
I have resided in these apartments for 10 years; this is my 11th. I am extremely comfortable here. I am 73 years old and have disabilities. The office and maintenance staffs are great. I have seen personnel and owners come and go. The present owners are the best that I have had to deal with. They have changed our living environment and refurbished all the units. Life here is peaceful and safe. I have a nice yard with a tree to sit under plus plant two garden plots a year.
This is a very safe and nice place to live. The staff are nice and maintenance responds quickly. I do however; wish they would trim the bushes in front of my house. They seem to concentrate mainly on the houses in the front. Other than that, no problem. I have lived here for 7 years. I'm hoping the rental increases don't force me to look elsewhere.
Excellent location, unit viewed was top notch. Staff very helpful and friendly
The house is of poor quality, the house is damp, the house has a lot of centipedes, spiders and ants.
