The staff is friendly, I've never had any major problems with my apartment, and requests for service are responded to promptly. My neighbors are friendly and I like the secluded spot.

I lived in 700 building for many years it was and may I state WAS a great community. The renovations and the influx of units being redone has made it very obvious the office staff can not handle the work load nor remain professional. Things are not getting done right if you made more time for those whom pay attention to details that are being over looked you as the office staff would agree the renovations are a waste of time and the raise in rent is absolutely not worth it!!!!

Notice this that when the new windows were put in they were not sealed from the outside nor do you have any idea how bad the sliding glass doors leak!!

the details in the "newly renovated" units are done so cheaply this place is pass for me!!

After many years of renting here yes perfect location, perfect price, wonderful area and the maintenance staff is the perfect example of what every apartment complex should keep as long as possible...
then two years ago they updated the HVAC which is great but process itself Living Nightmare!! coming home at midnight from work to your door unlocked NEVER good though all I got in response was a sorry but should have called Police! then being put on a month to month lease with no explanation at all that should have been a clue of what now is just crazy with renovations, price gauging and severe rude attitudes in the office!

600 building has drugs going on badly and something must be done

Moved in about 1 year ago. My view is great, location is even better, price is awesome. The staff and maintenance are great (I have never had any bad experiences with either). They are doing a lot of renovations but from what I have seen they are doing a great job on the inside units as well as the property outside.

So where do I begin I was a resident of nine years my stay was great!! However why one star is basically the renovations... I believe you all are losing many great residents whom love the area however the average increase in rent of over 250$!!! Is just absolutely terrible you have senior citizens on fixed incomes here who obviously can not afford to move!!!!

Honestly if you are putting all this money into renovations replace windows, the roof, and improve your attitude!!

I plan on never renting from Capano ever again you could not beg me to stay
