The staff is friendly, I've never had any major problems with my apartment, and requests for service are responded to promptly. My neighbors are friendly and I like the secluded spot.
I have only been here for a little while but so far so good. Nice and peaceful you can almost sleep all day like a vacation. Staff and my neighbors are wonderful. Very minor things has to be fixed as any apartment but that's what your checklist is for. I would recommend this place over and over.
Quiet clean and lets you know what is going on and if they need to enter your residents
Overall this place is great. It's located in an amazing area. It's very quiet, and the units are virtually noise-proof. The only downside that I can really claim is that the units are old construction with single pane aluminum windows and inefficient AC units. That being said, electric bills can get steep in the summer time. Everything else is terrific from the management staff and maintenance, to the residents.
Maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and there have not been any problems with things breaking. Aside from through the front door to the hallway, you don't hear your neighbors through walls.

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms. In those cases, we will publish those survey responses as long as the questions conform to our standard survey format.

From 95: Take Exit #3 (273 West) towards Newark. Go about 4 traffic lights and look for a big green sign with an arrow pointing towards Red Mill Road. Turn right at that light and then make a quick left (this is Red Mill Road). Follow until you come to Route 2 (Kirkwood Highway). Cross Route 2 and starting counting lights (You are now on Polly Drummond Hill Road.) Go three traffic lights (you will see a brick wall that says Deacons Walk) and turn right. Follow the road. We are on the left.
