The staff is friendly, I've never had any major problems with my apartment, and requests for service are responded to promptly. My neighbors are friendly and I like the secluded spot.

Going on two summers in a row of not having cold air when it's hot outside. Today, like many days all last summer, and for the past 4 days, it has been at least 75 in the apartment. Today, we hit 78 degrees (not our highest). And YES, I put in a maintenance request this past Friday. If we were to turn on the air unit, the amount of effort the unit has to put in to cool the place down counters itself and does not change the temperature at all. This is a waste of our electric. You think that this issue would be fixed since we put in maintenance request after request last year, but no. We had problems from May until a cool fall came around last year and I fear we are in the same cycle this year. If I could get out of this lease, trust me I would. I signed for auto renewal of the lease and I didn't tell the management I was leaving in time. Wish me luck as I sleep in 80 degree weather in MY OWN apartment.

Formerly two complexes, Drummond Hill and The Bluffs. The Bluffs have a mansard-style roof line at the third and fourth floors. With a brick exterior, they are wood construction. This enables you to hear almost every footstep of your upstairs neighbors! I would especially recommend getting a unit on the ground floor of the 1300, 1400, or 1500 buildings where there seems to be an option of driving your vehicle right up and parking at your patio.

I have been in my apartment for 4 months now and I have 0 to complain about. The office staff Jeannie and Jenn cannot be any more professional and attentive to any concerns you may have. The maintenance staff Julius and Damon are always prompt to anything that you may need done. The grounds team Wilson company keep the grass cut, the trees trimmed and the leaves clear and the property grounds are well maintained. My apartment is newly renovated and perfect for me. The foyers are well lit, front door security, street lights which help when walking your dog and I have always found parking near my building. I recommend you check this apartment complex out .

Jeanie is a straight shooter ! She gives you all the details and information you need to feel comfortable with making your decision on the right apartment. Also, the property manager is a nice and considerate person. My experience with this place was top notch.
