Very satisfied with the complex, always clean, not a lot of disturbances, always responds quickly to issues or incidents..
I would like to live here because its closer to my grandchilds school
I feel bad that I forgot the Managers name, but she was AMAZING! Every question was answered with confidence and detail. Both my Wife and I were able to relate to her in 1 aspect or another, and she made us feel like we already lived there. But the biggest thing for me was how much she accepted my babies, 4 snakes and 1 lizard. So that was one of the determining factors of why William Penn is our number 1 choice.
This is one of the worst places I've ever lived at. Management is not very good. My fiance and I have lived here for almost 13 months now (we're thankfully going to move out in August). First, we had a bunch of mold in our kitchen that was there when we moved in, but it was hidden well until we both got sick, along with our animals. We found it above our kitchen cabinets. They got rid of it and did repairs. We didn't have a usable kitchen for about 2 weeks while they repaired it. We got a small compensation for the 'inconvenience'. Definitely not worth it. They still have yet to clean our carpets from the mess they made. There was also a flood in the laundry room across the hall from us and the nasty sewage water seeped into our apartment on our carpet and they came in to clean it, but it was not cleaned. They just tried to dry it up. It was still wet later that day and our apartment smelled terrible. We also just found out that our "866 square foot" apartment that they advertised is only 650 square foot. We also have noisy neighbors upstairs and at 3am they decided to argue with each other in which we called the office and made a formal complaint. A month later, my fiance runs into one of the leasing agents and she said, "Oh, I meant to call you about the noise complaint. I will have to talk to them." ...It's been a month..and she is just now saying something to us about it. Nothing has been done. The walls are thin. Don't live here. There are plenty of other places to live in the area. Or if you do choose to live here, calculate your square footage, get some ear plugs, and good luck to you.
I only like this for the location, other then that dont waste your time. There is always an emergency water shut off and water doesnt get hot from time to time. They dont care about noise complaints. Also, laundry room is always a mess and shady characters always hanging in hallways. They do nothing about that either they advise you to call 911. The property manager is hard to work with she doesnt take anything into consideration. Also they are very unorganized, misplacing important documents and blaming you for it. Maintence takes forever to complete a job or even come out
