I applied back in August. They didn't even run my credit, and have actively avoided working on my application. No response, no contact from then 1 bit. You'd think someone paying an application fee would make you some sort of customer, and be treated as such.

Basis for application denial unspecified, even while applicant has excellent credit, rental history and clean background check. I believe they are Collecting application fees and denying people to line their pockets. I had to ask 5 times for my denial letter, over the course of 45 days since denial. The letter I finally received was dated 30 days after rejection. Generalized denial reasons, no specifics provided. Must file dispute in order to see specifics.
