Fox Run apartments are not what they appear to be. The staff is great when showing the apartments an trying to have you to rent, however after signing the lease you find out the real about the property. And Please don't be late paying your rent. Yes and the leasing office no longer accepts payments for your rent in the LEASING OFFICE. As soon as you move in things in the apartment start falling apart. Do your research before moving into this property. Spare yourself the heartache.
Fox Run Apartments is a good place to live, but it's a bit pricey for me now.
I went to be the there with my boyfriend
Horrible management. Every issue tenants are presented with go unresolved properly due to the unprofessional management. This is not a place you will comfortably be able to call home. Very high eviction rate. They ruin your life and credit as easy as breathing. Run don't walk away
-Things happen with jobs, surprise expenses, bank fraud etc. Most places I've lived are understanding and if you're late will let you set up a payment arrangement. This property IMMEDIATELY files against you within 15 days of you being late. Doesn't matter if it's your first time or if you let them know, or if you have a payment arrangement. I lived here for a year and was filed against twice. Both times they had to dismiss it because the balance was paid maybe two days after they filed (you don't get the court documents until maybe 3 weeks later) and the bookkeeper doesn't even have the gull to alert you of it. To top it off they have the nerve to charge you the filing fees. They do it for the extra profit. (this isn't a situation were there was no communication. I would tell the bookkeeper on Monday I will be paying on Thursday and he would file on Wednesday type of situation).
- during the winter our heater broke down and it took 5 different maintenance men over a three week period to get heat back to us. We had to call multiple times - the office simply did not care enough to make it a priority and instead gave us electric heaters that would trip all our circuits so we couldn't even use them.
- when we paid our last rent, my roommate gave birth to her baby and was in the hospital past the last day to pay rent on time. She paid as soon as she was released with her newborn. Pretty understandable right? Well not to Fox Run, who still charged us a late fee even after she explained she was in the hospital having her baby.
All in all, the customer service here is non existent. If you are a perfect human being, go for it and live her
