Maintenane to complex is very well maintained and handled in a very quick manner. Grounds are kept very nice along with winter weather issues as well. Office handles any issues for complaints in a very professional and timely matter. Office and maintenance staff are very friendly.

I have lived here for 22 years and am Home. The Staff here is nothing short of absolute professionals. One gets the feeling, at least I do, that we are somewhat of a family in the Meadows Community. The pristine manicured lawns, abundance of trees with a variety of birds and other little animals such as rabbits simply top off the scenery. I love to take my morning coffee on the patio and simply soak in all the beauty around me. The atmosphere and view lend themselves to good morning prayers.

I love it! I wish that the cabinets were updated and the appliances were stainless steel.

Yes i highly recommend christiana meadows for their hospitality, quick follow ups on service requests, and mainly the security sustem is awesome.
I would undoubtedly recommend the christiana meadows apartments for any future delaware residents..
