The place is a dump, the basement floods when it rains. The room doors are in desperate need of replacement. The parking lot is basically one big pothole. And management doesnt ever really fix anything, they just cover it up.

We are very sorry to hear that you feel this way. We take pride in making all of our resident's happy and to resolve all concerns in a timely manner. We also take pride in our building and in its condition. We are working efficiently and we have current contracts to resolve the basement issue (weather is a factor). Should you have specific requests you would like fulfilled in regards to repairs or upkeep for your apartment please feel free to contact the office or send a letter so we can address your concerns. Horrible, staff is rude, and theres no one on site. Very poorly maintained. There message says if your one of our valued residents but dont believe it, all they want is your money

Unfriendly staff, rundown, its too bad since its a nice old building and a nice location. The railings are falling off, the room doors are in bad shape, mine even shows signs of forced entry
