They are very responsive to needs and wants of the residents.
It is very clean and well maintained.
Every time that i had an issue it was resolved in a timely fashion.
My fianc' and I have lived in 2 different apartments within the building in the last 3 years and we truly feel this place is a great home and community. While I do believe rent is on the high end, off street parking as well as a sense of safety make up for it. The staff members who work here are always helpful and courteous. Any issue we've ever encountered was resolved immediately.
someone to repair it immediately.
If you are thinking about moving here please DONT! I will help make your decision very easy by providing emails and videos of how horrible your experience will be. (I will gladly provide this to anyone unsure about this environment). The office manager, Mr. Briggs is VERY unprofessional, has zero compassion and can make your living experience a nightmare. He refuses to provide another contact (manager, supervisor) so you are forced to deal with only him. I requested this months ago and I am STILL waiting to speak to the regional manager regarding his conduct. Concerns are never addressed, building in not clean and again management has bad social and interpersonal skills. The windows are very old so be prepared to freeze during winter months. There are plenty of other lower priced apartments that actually care about tenants. I would strongly suggest going with them. Oh and if you are unhappy and decide to leave, be prepared to be charged fees you have never even heard, was not informed of or could not speak to the proper chain of commands to even discuss (I have proof of this). I STRONGLY advise against living here!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!! Unless you want to feel like a number and not a human being do not live here. Apartment issues not getting fixed in a timely manner, old building in SERIOUS need of an update (far from luxury living that is advertised), its not an "awesome day" at 278 main, its an awful life. Unfortunately we have a few months left in our lease so we are holding out, but be warned YOU don't matter, just your money does.
Seems like the apartment so very nice I would like to an apartment from you if possible
