Recently came under new management- good luck making contact with a human being! Old management used to pick up in one ring. Now I wait months before I get an answer. I recently have been trying to find out what the new rent would be. Didnt find out until 3 days before my lease was up. It went up 40 dollars which is decent - but imagine if it went up so much and I decided I didnt want to renew, Id have 3 days to move! Ill probably do one more year and then Im gone!
Management is never there, doesn't answer the phone, no one is in contact with each other. They lost my check for rent then tried to charge me with a late fee.
So far so good, too early to tell. But I will say this, when I did call they didn't answer the phone, very pleasant and polite. I did tell them that I was not looking for occupancy for another 2 to 3 months so I will be checking back with them and they felt confident that they will be able to accommodate me. I'll let you know how I make out.....
The maintenance guys are always working and get it done right and quickly,they respond to work orders quickly. The people at the front office are always friendly and very helpful. It's nice to have them all living on the property for when you need something/have a emergency or question.
