I recently moved into the Vernon Garden Apartments at the beginning of 2020 and my experience has been extremely pleasant. Jenny Cazares in the leasing office is very inviting, helpful, and always willing to help with any issues that arise. I would recommend these beautiful renovated apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful location, private & semi private entrances to your apartment, access to great walking trails, and a pool!

During my time at Vernon Gardens over the last year, I had no complaints. The community is pretty quiet and well kept. Heat and hot water included is a plus. Jenny in the office is great, super responsive and helpful if you need anything or have any questions. I never had to even make one maintenance request. I was in one of the remodeled units and loved it!

Easy place to live. Apartment was nice and clean, heat and hot water included, and allows pets. Price is more than fair. That's a home run. People were very friendly. Jen in the office is like Wonder Woman. You need something she'll make it happen.

Ive moved in recently and I really enjoy living here, the community is quiet and I love that I can have my dog with me. I have a brand new modern renovated apartment and I like my neighbors too. Jenny was very helpful and they take care of everything here.

My wife and I began renting at Vernon Gardens in 2017. During that time, we couldn't be more complimentary of the staff and community. Whenever there were any issues, they were prompt in solving it and providing above and beyond service. From keeping the property well maintained, the walking trails just out our door, and the snow removal services provided, we couldn't have been happier. While we purchased a home and left the community, it was bittersweet to leave a place where we made so many memories, grew in our lives, and made great connections along the way.
