Trumbull Eaves is the place to live if you want to feel safe and comfortable. The staff from the front office to the always friendly security guys make your life easy. And the maintenance staff is prompt and knowledgible.
The office staff were very friendly and patiently answered all my questions about the move in process. The complex has a lot of greenery and a great place in general to live in. I absolutely love the gym and the racquetball court in the complex.
Very Beautiful Place to live and Raise your children. Very nice staff, It.
Overall a positive experience living here for the past 7 months. Professional and cordial management. The community is undergoing renovations from individual apartment units to the grounds and the gym and is looking better and better. Staff is doing a good job at minimizing disruptions for the residents. The property is safe and is centrally located if you work in the Fairfield County. The residents is a mixed group and were were pleasantly surprised to see not just SHU students but families and seniors. Overall, we get a great vibe from this place. The newly renovated units are tasteful and modern looking but clearly were turned around in a rush so contractors cut corners. The rents are competitive for similar units in the area but given all the renovations there is a concern that they may climb up. Overall, good place to call a temporary home!
This community seemed ten times better before changing to "The Royce". Recently, even with security, there have been multiple car thefts as well as robberies. Use of amenities have strict rules due to knuckle heads fighting at the pools or whatnot. It just doesn't feel the same.
