This complex appears to be a step up from typical student housing. The grounds are well-maintained, and there has been a lot of exterior maintenance on the buildings. Opportunities to play ball in the open fields or get a game a volleyball going in the sand pit. The rental office has information about picnics and other get together. Close to campus and in the bus line.

Apartments have air conditioning, so you can cool off when the weather warms up. Apartments come carpeted. Not having the option for in-unit washers and dryers isn't an issue since the complex has an on-site laundry facility. With the apartment appliances you need, including a refrigerator, range and dishwasher, you are set up and ready to go.
