NV is the best place to live in Harbor Point in my eyes. I've seen all of the buildings and this one is the best fit for me. It has a great locations, the amenities are great, the views are great, the employees are great and the rent isn't too expensive for what you're receiving. I can see myself living here for many years due to its location to everything, walkable to the train, the water, the park, restaurants and close to major shopping. The parking is in abundance for guests with the large lot across the way and it being free is a major plus. The only complaint I have are the a la carte fees that accrue every month for trash, amenities, parking, water, sewer, etc. It would be easier if they just calculated that into the base rent because it's a misconception. The rent seems cheap but once fees are calculated, you're paying as much as buildings with water views or larger floor plans. Also, the one month or two month rent incentive should allowed to be amortized over the course of your lease term rather than up front. It would take the sting away from the higher fees every month.
Brand new apartment in the heart of harbor point with great ammenities included. Leasing team is very responsive and helpful to resolve any issues. Tenant community is full of young college students/professionals. Price is too high in my opinion. Yes harborpoint may be the next big thing but it's currently centered in a really poor neighboorhood. The amount of gentrification that needs to happen is quite significant. Not understanding how one would pay more for a less safety.

I had looked at numerous apartment buildings in Harbor Point. Leasing agents were knowledgeable but lacked energy. Meeting with Glenda Gavriilidis was pretty much the reason I ended up moving in at NV. She's a great listener and addressed my question and concern when it came to what I was looking for. She has amazing energy and enthusiasm and, for the first time while apt. hunting, I was sold on NV during my initial visit!
