While the apartment and fixtures are very nice, the management has been very frustrating. Upon moving in I was never made aware that I needed a parking tag to use the outside lot and so one day I walk out to find my car has been towed.. without ANY notice or warning. Despite the fact that I they have my cars information on file. I had to pay $240 to get my car back and was greeted with hostility when I tried to approach management about this issue. Upon talking to other residents it was brought to my attention that many residents faced the same issue and no one was reimbursed. Several months after living here we also noticed that they began charging us additional fees and utility fees. However upon moving in we were informed that these fees would be covered. It also took management several months to provide us with our finalized lease contract...which is simply unacceptable.
So yes the building is beautiful, and the amenities are convenient (with the exception of the one garbage room that could be a mile walk down to hallway if you live on the south side of the building), but beware of management. Definitely will not be renewing my lease.
Where do I start... first don't expect to shower for more than 15 min at element one because it gets cold and you won't be able to take a bath. I called the front desk and they told me to shower within 30 min because the water tank is too small at this place. Like wow. I regret moving in tothis building. They also towed 30 residents cars without warning. THE package room is a complete mess and your package often gets stolen because it so so disorganized. They have no system. It's unbelievable how they run this place. I mean... I had to go to a friends house to SHOWER!
Lovely gym, nice machines and spinning room. Coffee feature is great.
This place is fantastic. Great floor plans and kind staff.
not sure you will want them, but others should know that management is reactive not proactive before moving in
