Excellent location, good living experience.
Ask for Sarah in the leasing office! She is thorough, responsive and efficient! The building is beautiful, clean and offers amazing amenities. Will be reccomending 101 park place to friends and family.
Moved in with my wife and little baby. At first it seemed though moving with our toddler but thanks to management and community the move was a breeze. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
Great apartment, great people!
I very recently moved into the Greystar property, 101 Park Place located in Stamford, CT on 01/05/2018. The unit that I was given is completely unlivable. I am, for the most part, an easy going guy. The noise level in the apartment is equivalent to an alarm ringing 24 hours a day 7 days a week. I was told that the noise is coming from, "water coming into the building". This unit should never have been or be rented in its condition. It is a health and safety concern. The noise never ends and it never ceases. It is extremely loud. After only being in the unit for a few hours I started to feel light headed and develop headaches.
When I moved into the apartment the apartment was beyond disgusting. I took pictures and sent them to management. The shower was covered in grime. There was mold in the kitchen sink and bathroom sink. The patio door was broken. The hot water was not turned on and the washing machine would not work. The floors were covered in dust and lint. The shower was missing pieces. There were light bulbs that were not functioning. I was told by the leasing team that I would probably have to wait three days to have these issues fixed. This was the day after a snowstorm and on a day that the temperature was below 10 degrees.
I can live with a little dirt. I can deal with not washing my clothes for a few days. I can NOT live with the extreme amount of noise in the unit. The noise is being produced by the building and not a resident. Could you imagine, for one moment, living in a space where there was a never-ending noise as loud as an alarm clock? It is unbearable and it is not healthy.
