I think what's unique is that wee have a little shopping center right in the front that has a little breakfast place and a bar and grill place.

I like how quiet it is. You'll see some neighbors walking their dogs, but it is very nice and quiet at night.

The area is pretty safe considering the location. The surrounding area's aren't bad, but it's a strange city. One neighborhoos is great, less than one mile down the road there's gun shots every night.

I like that rent is on the lower end. I like the nearby food places. There is a lot of locally, family owned restaurants nearby, which offer authentic food.

I live directly across the street from the beach. I have covered parking. I live next door to my church.

It's close to places I like to go and it attracts decent people and families. Expected packages don't walk off.
