SONO STANDS AT THE INTERSECTION OF A RICH INDUSTRIAL HISTORY AND THE FUTURE OF FAIRFIELD COUNTY CULTURE. A retreat for local foodies and the go-to nightlife choice, South Norwalk has become a sought after spot for those who want a little city in their suburbs. With easy access to Metro North trains, CT highways, and bike paths, Ironworks offers residents a chance to connect and to disconnect in style.
Since my college days I have lived in 4 managed apartments communities but it took 15 years for me to want to write a review about how amazing my experience has been where I am currently living here at Ironworks. The design of the building, the quality of construction, the location and the apartments themselves make up a good portion of whats so great about Ironworks but thats nothing without the people that run the building. From the moment I walked into the modern but cozy lobby I was greeted with friendliness and excitement from Laura and Maria. They both made my leasing process, move in and day to day living a superb experience. Now things arent perfect all the time which is why the building has a good maintenance crew but within that maintenance crew theres Ed who is simply the greatest. Ed responds to maintenance requests very quickly and you can rest assured that the fix will be done properly. I have truly been enjoying living at Ironworks my apartment is spacious, quiet, energy efficient and luxurious and the views are breathtaking, not one person that visits me that doesnt get taken away with the views of the Norwalk harbor.
