A great place to live. Living here has been a true pleasure. This is a great place to live when you are on such a tight budget. I truly am happy I came here.
This is a great place to live. Very comfortable, very clean, tenants are nice. I highly recommend for them to live here
Great place. Very quiet, the community is nice, the atmosphere is good...management is very caring and considerate!
Still waiting to hear back, have called and sent emails.
Total waste of time and money. Mold, dead bugs, poor management, no ability to contact anyone, and if you are lucky enough to catch management in the office they don't have any answers.
Great superintendent. The handymen are very professional and courteous. Only good experience so far. Wish they had management staff that would manage them and give them the help they need.
We offer a quiet community setting with park like landscape. Though we are close to the city North Haven provides a suburban oasis. Just minutes from the major highways 91, 95 and 15 and the commuter rail, our community is a wooded haven to return to after a busy day. The fine dining and arts that New Haven is known for with its theaters, museums, schools and parks are just a few things to enjoy in The University Corridor. Shopping of all sorts is readily available within minutes whether the big box stores or smaller boutiques are more your style!
