Griswold Hills is a small, new neighborhood of one, two and three bedroom garden apartment homes tucked into a quiet, wooded hillside. It is just up the road from major commercial and retail centers and minutes from downtown Hartford and major highways to everywhere. So, come live in our neighborhood!
Why cant people be trufull.
Seems like that management would do anything for preventing like maintenance of existing. Just wait for something to be unable to be repaired, just keep throwing money out for repair. Dont tell renters that something will be done and then not do it.
I have lived here for several years.Renee the new property manager is professional, kind and very helpful. That's the kind of property manager we needed.Thank you Renee for all your help and your patience in explaining things. Tom you are awesome. Thank you for all your professional help in maintaining the apartment complex.
My husband and I visited Griswold Hills, Newington several times and each time we were more impressed with the staff. Renee is very knowledgeable and tries to be helpful in any way she can. We met Tom, the maintenance person, and he was delightful while showing us an apartment. We are trying to make the correct decision in where to move after our home is sold.
This area is at the top of our list.
I am a long time resident of Griswold Hills. The neighborhood is quiet and there is easy access to surrounding towns. I find Renee, who is the property manager very helpful. Tom in maintenance is very polite and well prioritized with what needs to be done. The grounds are very well kept and the apartments are very well designed and comfortable.
Was very excited about possibility of being a resident, lovely facility and excellent rental staff. Was number one on the list of places viewed but was able to secure rental in current area which suited my needs, both in price and space. Enjoyed working with Renee, who was helpful in so many ways and explained everything to my satisfaction. Will definitely keep Griswold Hills on my list should things change in the future.
