The location is very nice, and I quite like my apartment. However, outside noise can be rather loud and annoying.

Staff is very helpful and responsive. Main issue was some of the tenants -- they were very loud and disruptive in the hallways late at night, threw loud parties, and didn't discard garbage in the appropriate way which caused trash to become littered all over the parking lot after a weekend. Additionally throughout my time living here I've noticed the parking lot became increasingly more full and busy. Some tenants parked very inappropriately and were inconsiderate of others attempting to park.

Mostly because of the price. The cost of my apartment escalated substantially over the three years I lived there. What started out as high but reasonable has become what I think was pretty unrealistic for a studio. As a result, it would be hard to recommend it to others given the cost for the size of the apartment you get.
