Apartment management responds to requests in a timely manner and ensures tenant satisfaction. Facilities are adequately maintained
We have had a great experience living at fairway apartments. Our only complaint is the insulation of the windows and the quality of snow removal. Our windows get ice and condensation on the inside every winter even with our heat turned up and snow removal is not efficient. A lot of the time it is not removed fully and it either turns to ice or hard blocks of snow that are dangerous.
Pros: The building is quiet, office is on-site, and the location is less than 10 miles from Hartford. Cons: The cost of rent per month does not included heat/hot water so the value for the money is unreasonable for a studio apartment, especially during a really cold winter. Some people have a difficult time making/receiving cell phone calls in the building due to the location.
Basically my satisfaction would be much higher if I were on the third floor. My apartment is on the second floor and because the buildings are very old there is significant loud cracking noises in the ceilings. This especially bothersome during the night.
