Spinnaker at Prospect Falls is my ideal apartment. I love the staff, the location and the many advantages of living in Milford...especially the close proximity to the Metro North station.
My husband and I are delighted to be at the Wharf complex. Our unit is the perfect size and the layout couldnt be better. We moved into a spotless apartment which made our adjustment to a new home a joy. The location is one of the best in Milford as we are across from the small harbor. In the evenings we sit on the benches, surrounded by lovely town flowers, and enjoy a treat from Scoopies Ice Cream shop. The office personnel is tops too!

Overall, it has been great to have found a 'new home' here at Spinnaker, starting in 2012. Staff and maintenance professionals are exemplary in communicating with residents. The location is astounding in terms of access to the center of town and the beaches on which your can walk forever...the longest continuous beachfront in CT, I believe. I love what I have felt was "my home" following a very difficult and emotional divorce. As a six-yr tenant that both lives and works here out of my "home-based" office, I have felt at home, secure, and happy! Wish management would both honor and employ a smarter approach to reward consistently prompt paying tenants who keep their apartments in excellent condition by at the very least negotiating absurd rental increases when it comes to lease renewal.I would think retention of good tenants ought to be a savvy management's priority.
