This apartment is terrible the office is barely open. The switch out office managers everytime you turn around. The women they get in the office will mess up your account adding random late fees. Their parking lot is terrible pot holes everywhere you will break your car tie rods trying to come in or trying to drive to your building. Management has claimed over a year that they will fix the lot but hasnt and it got worst. One side of the lot by the mail boxes has to get blocked off because of bad flooding from the rain so whenever it rains you cant check your mailbox. It doesnt make any sense we pay all this money in rent and they still cant fix the lot. Also corporate doesnt want to talk to residents and contiues to try o brush off the parking lot situation. I guess someone needs to fall and break their neck and sue to get changes around here.
Between rent being high, walls being thin, maintenance taking forever, lack of space, and oddly proportioned rooms, I would seriously look else where. I do not feel that I would have moved in here if we didn't have friends close by or work not far. There is some nice closets but because of their location and the doors not always working, it makes it impossible to be useful. Parking is a nightmare! Even with the passes, it is impossible to find a space. You can hear every little noise in the entire building, the windows are extremely drafty, and some of the residents are beyond sketchy - not a great place for children. Trash dumpsters are always full and apartments are severely outdated. Would NOT recommend this place to a friend.
I normally don't like to write bad reviews, however, I must take the opportunity to do so. I have lived there for one terrible year. From my neighbors fighting at 1am, to dogs barking all night. The staff is terrible. There have been 3 managers in that one year. I make calls and leave voicemails and they're are never returned. I had to miss a day of work because someone plowed a huge pile of snow right in front of my car which was parked no where near where snow should be pushed up against. I flagged the red maintenance truck down that had a plow on it and asked him to move the snow. He continued to say that they don't do that for the residents and couldnt give me a time when I would be plowed out. I am now trying to schedule a walk through as thankfully my lease is up 6/30 and I can't get in touch with someone to schedule. I have called 7 times since 5/31 to schedule something as I WORK and cannot just take work off. I'm disgusted with the customer service and I do not recommend living here. Now I have to inconvenience my mother to go do the walk through as it's too late for me to take work off. If you're considering, please look elsewhere and save yourself the aggravation. Carriage crossing is wonderful!!
Office staff leaves office before 5pm sometimes and it is impossible to pick up packages or get assistance.
