What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Meriden

My good is with in two or three blocks from. downtown. Police presence is above normal towns . It's also has a lot of single family homes.

It is walkable to target and right next to the highways. It's also super close to the hospital and the mall (not that that matters anymore)

It is close to highway access. It's in the middle of the state. There's a hospital close by. I'm out of the valley

Kids can ride their bikes up and down our flat road. There's a park and pond within a stones throw. Schools are close. Generally quiet.

Local community with friendly neighbors, most of whom know each other, creating a safe communwith beautiful views at night

There is a diner down the street and a convenience store there is a dog park and a pond at one end and only 2 ways to access my road
