WORST PLACE EVER BEWARE! The manager is VERY rude. Almost everyone in the leasing office is very rude. They don't have set policies, maintenance takes forever and a day, & they try to get over on absolutely anyone they can! They offer deals for reviews... as in leave a good review and you'll get like $300 off your rent. Once you sign that lease it's a a done deal. You would think that they'd be nice to you since it's they're job but they literally will ARGUE with you. I have never seen anything like it before. Do not rent here you WILL regret it.
WOW!!! is all I can say. My fianc and I are re-locating to CT from MD and thought it would be wise to visit the place where we would soon call home. Upon entering the property we were very pleased to see just how beautiful the grounds were kept. Tyeccia (our wonderful and very pleasant tour guide) drove us around to some of the different styled apartments. We were very impressed...We'll see you guys in Nov:)

Garbage removal is a joke. It is the only amenity they complex pays for and their is also a mountain of trash. It is beyond in sanitary. They need to empty the trash more or charge the residents if they can not afford to have the trash emptied more. It is a health concern.
Staff changed and they were not prepared to answer any questions I had and showed no genuine concern for the people that were already living here, it felt like they were making commission off new people and they were casting aside the current residence. There should of been concurrent training in policy's and regulations governing the daily conduct of business prior to hiring.
