I've been a resident here for over 6 months. The pool is closed on weekends more then open. The lawn care is lacking. The A/C is bare minimum. The unit needs to be shut off during the day to melt off the ice on the coils.
If your looking for a place with a warm apartment in the summer, a promise the pool might be open next time and tall grass then this is the place for you.
I should of looked around more.
Worst management i have ever seen. They try to trick you into signing the leasing contract.
This place is complete trash! Beware and do not move here! I live in a first floor unit and there has been constant moisture, mold and mildew issues in my bedroom! This has been going on for the last few months and now my asthma is being affected. I can't even sleep in my own bedroom but paying $1375 a month. Management does NOTHING for you. Everything I got resolved I had to call corporate to get it done and even still it still took forever! There's ants and they won't come exterminate. They make up random balances to charge you, should I continue?!? Don't move here!
Good apartments for a good price.
The apartment was immaculate, but communication with the office was consistently difficult. Each time a problem arose the solution would take a long time to get resolved. Several times, discrepancies with the office took place, that could have been avoided. We never received written confirmation that our apartment passed the move-out inspection, and we are still waiting for our security deposit. I think communication and organization between office members could have improved our experience.
