Spectra Plaza Apartments

It was an amazing experience, everything was well put together !

Spectra only allows one guest parking permit per day, so having a small dinner party, I.e. more than person over for a few hours is out of the question. Visitor parking is always full. Spectra is partnered with tow company who comes by every few hours to tow extra permitted vehicles and non-permitted vehicles. My guest was towed because she switched her place letter from NCG to NGC by accident. A $237 mistake to have a wine night for 3 hours after work. Complaints go right over managements head with comments like "complain all you want, we are at 96 percent capacity with new applications every day, it's really not a problem for us". Not worth it.

I had bugs literally all over my apartment when I moved in, and this problem continued well into my leasing period. And the staff downstairs at the front desk, are just... SO bad, that words fail to do justice. Someone also harassed my girlfriend on walkway outside, and management blamed me for it. This is not the way to do business. 0 out of 5 stars. Too bad reviews force a single star at minimum.

Absolutely horrific!!! The staff discriminate against racial and ethnic minorities, and also against anyone that isn't filthy stinking rich - these people are monsters!

I am approaching 4 years living at Spectra Boutique. The apartments are all very beautiful. The management and entire staff are very professional and accommodating. The parking garages attached to the building are very accessible. I enjoy using the amenities throughout the building. I am fortunate to have made several new friends that also live in the building.
