Great place to live, very friendly staffs. Willing to help residents anyway they can.
I've lived here for four years it's a very quiet and friendly community. The management staff is friendly and professional and I've never had a maintenance issue that was an interest with in a few hours. I enjoy living in this community and would highly recommend it
Pros: The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The property is well taken care of. Maintenance and housekeeping is by no means slacking. The location relative to amenities is very good, and the neighborhood is very nice to walk in. Cons: There seems to be a lot of noise complaints between tenants. The walls and floors have very poor sound proofing. Rent is too high. I love living here, but will likely have to move (a 2 bedroom elsewhere is only $25-50 more than a studio here).
After searching MANY apartments in the area, I settled on Groton Towers because of the spacious 525 sq. ft. studio- which was about 100ft larger than Peppertree (my second choice). The apt. I eventually came to call home has a balcony and VERY large walk-in closet. Everything about this place is perfect. It has an in-ground pool with a bathhouse, small picnic/grilling area, fitness facility with cable TV and, best of all, it's so CLOSE to everything!! Nothing seems to be more than a 5 min. drive
The community is made up of a lot of long-term residents that are vested in their environment. Groton Towers has more of a neighborhood feel than the typically sterile apartment complex. Management is friendly and have taken the time to really get to know everyone here. On top of the good vibe, it's extremely clean and most important to me as a single woman, I feel safe.
What is a Certified Resident?
A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents. Properties may also conduct satisfaction surveys of its residents through other third party market research firms.
