Trademark living is quintessentially connected, adjacent to the Fairfield Metro station, atop a curated collection of shops, and moments from downtown Fairfield's restaurant-lined main street.
I love living here. The management is wonderful and everyone who works here is so positive and easygoing. Highly recommend.
Not great. There is constant construction on the restaurant on the ground floor. Workers end up taking some of the parking spots meant for residents. Sound travels very far in the building so you can hear the construction starting early morning as well as people running around above you at all hours; sometimes kids running in the hallways or just someone walking upstairs. The "managers" selectively enforce rules like whether you're allowed to park under the garage or whether your pet is allowed out on the patio. The patio is for our kids to play on the grass but the dogs pee all over it. Free amenities are restrictive such as your thermostat only being able to go to a certain temperature. Beautiful building and apartments but is extremely expensive and at that price shouldn't have to deal with things like that.
It's a good price and location for the place I have to be on Monday thru Friday
