What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Fairfield

The school system is very high quality. Very nice center of town with store and nice restaurants. Great to raise children in the town.

its a very quite neighborhood you can walk to stores or resturants you can go into your yard with no problems

The schools were pretty good when my kids went. There is a school down the street. You need a car to get to shops and restaurants from my neighborhood. Some good restaurants are Luigi's and Old Post Tavern.

It is near many convenient stores and that's about it other than that there is not much value to this neighborhood

I like that my neighborhood has a lot of diversity. I also like that it is a college town, with many good colleges near by.

next to great park and greenway pool and pickle ball courts close to many amenities and restaurants. Trader Joes Fresh Market Nice YMCA Universities near by
