    I really like the one bedroom first floor apartment it is absolutely adorable the one question I forgot to ask and maybe you can text me so I can get the answer lets say I needed handicap apartment do you have any of those for later on years

    I lived at Woodgate Apartments for over 12 years. It's a lower cost rental in the Enfield, CT area and why I lived here for this long. It appears my stay here is coming to an end. Management and maintenance service have declined very much.
    My latest problematic experience concerns the AC. The AC unit is blowing warm air. I contacted management on a Monday, explained the problem, and the person created a maintenance ticket. Maintenance showed up on Tuesday while we were not home. No message was left as to exactly what maintenance did to the AC except turning it on. It was on when we returned home. Maintenance did returned later in afternoon and said will return Wednesday to check the thermostat. Beyond this it was difficult to understand what else he said. Wednesday comes and maintenance never showed up. I did talked to another management person about the AC problem. I was reassure by the person that the AC problem will be review. Thursday comes and maintenance never showed up. I talked to the same person from Monday and person creates another maintenance ticket. Friday comes and maintenance is not showing up. My fiance called management around lunchtime asking if maintenance was going to visit this day to look at the AC. No return call from management and maintenance never shows up. This is by far the worse experience of management and maintenance ignoring us. It has caused me to write this review.

    This is a pattern. I had water leaking in the living room window from the last big snow storm. I told management, a ticket was create, and maintenance showed up the next day. Maintenance person said he could apply epoxy around the outside window frame. He'll return the next day to do it. Well, he never showed up and I'm still waiting for my window to get epoxy.

    Last year management agrees with me that my balcony needs to get repainted. I'm still waiting for my balcony to get repainted.
