Overall excellent living enviroment very safe and clean.
Caring office staff. Maintenance staff is quick to response and provides satisfying service. Peaceful environment. Cordial neighbors.
Great Location, close to I-95 which is very convenient. Respectful neighbors, the neighborhood is quiet. The apartments have new appliances, clean and the area is very safe.
Also the parking, there is always a spot to park, as their are so many parking spots that there's no need for assigned parking. The repair staff and property management are fast to respond too requests.
If your looking for a great location, with great amenities look no further.
The living experience was poor at best, but that's not the real concern. When I moved out they tried to rack up all sorts of fictitious charges including "trash removal" for a microwave that was already in the apartment when I moved in and a new rug to replace to completely spotless one. They tried to bully me, their debt mediator tried to bully me (even after looking at the rug photos he still said "it's easier to just pay it than have this on your credit report"). Don't let them bully you. It was not hard to get it removed from my credit report with the ample amount of proof. The office staff is a nightmare. Stay away.
I am in one of the first converted studio units. Overall quality of the renovation could of been better. The walls are patchy and not smooth. The paint job was very poorly done with cheap paint. The amount of moisture in the units is not good and is why there is such a problem with mold (main reason I keep considering to move, but a dehumidifier helps). Sometimes it can be noisy, and the resident clientele isn't always professional. Office staff is not very friendly and does not always call back
