The staff is always courteous and friendly. The surroundings are clean. Every morning I see employees cleaning around the parking lots and hallways. Facilities are clean and well-kept and phone calls are answered promptly.
They are responsive to all maintenance requests.
Well Maintained apartment community. Certain things which I don't like though, some guys riding their motorcycles inside the community with crazy noise which is very disturbing and scary too. Also, some guys are smoking in the hall way and those cigarette bits are thrown in the hall way. If apartment management warns and prevents those irresponsible things then that would be great.
I lived there for four years. It was a pleasant environment to live in. My apartment was respectable and had plenty of room for me.
I would have put excellent but, the hallways smell horrible it is a pet friendly building however some people don't like to clean up behind there dogs it can be embarrassing the hallway rugs need changing really believe it will take away some of that awful smell . The staff did say they will be changing the rugs can't wait maybe then I will feel comfortable inviting friends and family over

A resident who lives at the property and has completed a resident satisfaction survey.
Advertising properties provide a list of email addresses of its residents to Kingsley Associates, a third party market research firm, who then sends out the satisfaction survey to the residents.
