Management is a joke you call and Kathy who is the manager is never there. The staff never answers the phone and when they do they are clueless!! Roaches Everywhere!! They cleaning lady cleans whenever she wants. Theres garbage everywhere if you call to complain they will do nothing about it. They raise the price every year for 100$. The health department needs to pay them a visit. The have cameras but they dont even work!!!
Cockroaches all over! I moved in March 2018 and have been invaded by cockroaches, all that management did, after 3 months of paying rent and complaining, they were not taking action. Until I decided in June to stop rent payment, that's when they started to se exterminator with no result and also sent me a letter to take me to court. They will not pay for my damages but little do they no, it doesn't end here!!!!! For the Love of God! Do not move here!!!!!!
I like it.looks like a good place to live.what I like about it is the swimming pool and the laundry room and the workout room.. and it looks clean.thank you..
Would not recommend. 10 thumbs down !
Where to begin! Well, lets start with the pros. For $100 (or $200 I can remember ), you can have access to all amenities, like beach volleyball, pool table , tennis, a seasonal pool, and even a somewhat decent gym. The apartments are decent sized, plenty of parking space, close to I-91, and there are plenty of laundry rooms!! Thats all the pros. The cons are the following. Hallways smell like fried food, or even urine! They charge you for everything (pet fee, pet rent, trash fee, etc), apartments are EXTREMELY energy in-efficient (appliances are 30 years old!). The hot water runs out quickly, the AC only work 20% of the time (I had to call every month to get it fixed!) The apartment was EXTREMELY dirty when I moved in. The walls are paper thin, and I can hear everything from my all my neighbors (which are annoying to say the least), people throw trash bags from the window (yep, Im not kidding!). Office staff doesnt care about requests. And the worst part is this they will jack up your rent at least $40 for renewal!! They didnt even try to negotiate with me, thinking that since they told me the amount just a week before the 30 days notice, I would suck it up and stay NOOOPEE I moved OUT!! Ask yourself this, why are there currently 40 apartments available between today and April? Because NOBODY wants to live here! Worst place by far
