Don't trust some of the good ratings of this company, the good reviews are for the old Avalon company, not this current one named "the point at still river". The person working in the office are very rude, never treated so unfairly before.....

In would recommend living here because I had fell on difficult temporary hard times and needed extra time to satisfy my financials and I went to the Management Office and explained this, they understood, reassured me that I would be assisted and reassured my peace of mind. In addition when I submit a request for maintenance they are there within hours or 24 hours and they clean up after themselves.

The new owners seem to care a lot about the development and its residents. They have always done repairs quickly and have answered all my requests!

Management was very helpful through the move in process but not overbearing. Facility is kept clean and well kept.

We have lived at Avalon Danbury for two years and we continue to stay because the staff is excellent.
