Your website is really good and I like that it gives rent per month. Many of the reviews are negative; I especially don't like that residents can hear hall noise and their neighbors. Also, it says nothing about whether electric and heat are included. Is there a way to soundproof apartments? I gather that you have no studio apartments?

Great place! Nice clean apartment complex and the staff is great on communication, which is the most important thing to me. Good bang for your buck.

I have lived here for a few years now and everyone from the office staff to the maint. staff have been more then accommodating to any of the requests that I had. Work orders are done quickly and any questions to the office staff are answered in a timely manor. The snow removal to the pool areas are always clean and maintained. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to rent in the area.

I have been living at Crown Point for the past 4 years. I really enjoy the people that reside here. Everyone is kind, friendly and loving. The scenery is stunning and to wake up in a peaceful environment is priceless. I take care of my sick mother and she really loves how it adapts to her medical needs.
Our new property manager is outstanding. She cares for the residents and it shows in her work ethic. I also like that they are having events that can be enjoyed by all.
Crown Point is not just an apartment complex, it is home to my mother and I. We love it here!

- Maximum of 2 pets allowed per apartment home. Additional monthly pet rent may be required. Breed restrictions include, but are not limited to, Akitas, Chows, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Mastiffs, Pit Bulls, Great Dane, Malamutes, Korean Jindo, Presa Canario, Huskies and Wolf Hybrids. Any mixes of these breeds are also prohibited. No exotic pets allowed.
