I'm not impressed with the information with what it says that the tenant paid utilities, they don't mention in their information on what those tenant paid utilities are, because that turned me away from looking at this apartment complex for that reason. I'm going to look for an apartment that may have more space for my things and for me to go travel to Milford Connecticut to work a new branch of my employer that I work for.
I received most of my information within a timely manner. You have to email them and you'll get a quick response, that's very informative.
They took $40 from my credit check for the apartment and I told the guy my credit wasnt that good so do not go to them looking for apartment if your Credit is not good they couldve told me that and save me my $40
I like the place because it's clean and the manager is very accommodating. Too bad we need more space for our stuff so I have to look for a bigger apartment.
This website is super unprofessional. I contacted so many different places off this site and NO ONE contacted me. So I contacted several and left messages at some. One New Yawker that I managed to speak to refused to send me pictures of a place. Teach your New Yawkers that they need to be more professional and less snippy with those that are not from their precious city, (if that's the case why don't they just stay there)?
