I have had nothing but issues with my apartment since I moved in. The Property Manager is very errogant and does not do his job. He rather deal with my husband instead of me. I guess he is threatened by a stron minded female or just rather deal with a man. I had mold in my apartment and he told me it wasn't. I had to call the health department. The list goes on and on. This building has so many issues. I wish I knew this before I moved in. Biggest regret ever.
Beautiful apartments and great staff.
this could be a good place to live, but not right now. Skeetchy clientele living in the building, the interior in some spots/ apartments smells like weed. Very old windows, that need to be replaced, because a window washer hasn't cleaned some of these windows since who knows when. Homeless people hanging around in McLevy Park. At night it's the same thing as well. I Know management hasn't a say who lives outside. People hanging around the front of the building. For the price of a rental, I think the management could afford a dedicated doorman. Parking is an issue at an added fee as well. And all around, the outside views aren't too appealing to look at.
I love Norma and Enith great ppl to work with and I'm happy to be a resident
