I recently visited the community looking for a two bedroom apartment and I just fell in love when I got there. It has exactly what I am looking for and the apartments are beautiful. It is also near all the places I like to eat and shop at. I didnt even know this hidden gem was there. Defiantly a place to look into.

I have enjoyed living at Arbors mostly because of their amazing location and staff. Very attentive to my minor service request. Thank you for letting me call "The Arbors" my home for past 3 years!

Don't be fooled by the luxury stamp- this isn't a happily every after kind of location. The staff at The Arbors are very good at making you feel welcomed and important- rightttttt up to the point you move in. Then everything changes. The staff enjoy lying to its residents on a daily basis. It's actually quite scary how easy it is for them.

Just this past week, due to construction on Woodland Ave- all residents lost wifi connection for an entire day and night. When asking the staff when it would be turned back on- they told us 5pm. Turns out, the wifi didn't turn on until 12am. Then- just two days later, the water shut off on the entire property. Instead of sending out emails letting the residents know, the staff at The Arbors decided it was a smart idea to send out text messages- some of which went undelivered to residents leaving them wondering why they weren't able to take a shower, use the toilet or wash laundry. When the staff was confronted with questions they said they sent out texts AND emails. The lies fall off their tongues as if it's second nature. They said the water would be turned on by 5pm- it wasn't turned on until 11:30pm.

My FIRST night living here, after doing a thorough check THAT DAY, my toilet started to malfunction and water was pouring out. Don't bother asking for minor fixes to be done- they will never get done.

My point is- it's difficult choosing any new place to live. Before you choose this one site unseen- do your proper research. Check ALL parts of the apartment thoroughly. Demand that all communication is sent through a reliable means. You are paying good money to live here- shouldn't you receive good service in return?

Thank you for your communication, we always appreciate feedback of any kind. We are sorry you had a maintenance issue on your first day, that is never how we want anyone's moving day to go. If the issue had been present before or during the thorough move in inspection, we certainly would have resolved it at that time. We agree that the construction on Woodland Avenue has been a significant inconvenience. We appreciate your understanding that this project between the town and water company is outside of our control. We are communicating all updates that we receive from the crew on the job immediately as we receive them. We utilize texting because it is the fastest way to notify residents of something as important as interrupted water service. Our system automatically emails residents that have not provided a mobile number. If you or anyone else is not receiving our notifications, please contact the office with updated contact information so we can be sure you start, or continue to, receive electronic communication. As always, please contact the office with any questions or concerns.

Would recommend getting first floor unit if one is available so you don't have to lug everything up and downstairs trying to juggle your keys. Avoid 2nd floor (noise sneaking thru floors from neighbors above and below) and too many shared walls if you can. Not all "similar" units are very similar. We noticed that the end units on each bldg have the same SQFT, but is set up differently and floor space seemed much better.

I moved here and this was a great place. There was some issues from a change in managers. It smoothed out after the third manager can on. Things broke but got fixed, the pool was clean and the property was kept in good shape. Then the property was sold. Now there is no parking because the third manager let people have all kinds of cars. I no longer get notice when I have a package. The property isn't well cared for anymore. The pool is a mess and me and my family wont go in it. We will be moving soon as we can. The new fix it guy seems not to care with how he treats us and other people Avoid this place, you be better for it.
