My income isn't quite low enough to qualify, and I was told that there is only one of the one-bedroom units for a "market rate" renter such as myself), and that unit is occupied with no foreseeable availability. I also understand that Unionville has no "market rate" units - only Canton where the complex is fairly isolated, and farther away than I want to be.
I was helped by a very nice person who gave me useful information. Unfortunately, there is no hope of a single bedroom apt. (that I would need) at Peachtree. There is only ONE single bedroom unit in the whole development, so is understandable that it is occupied. Especially pricey for those not qualifying with low income. I'm hoping for success elsewhere.
I AM ON YOUR WAIT LIST. I SPOKE TO YOU ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO, YOU TOLD ME THAT A SINGLE ONE BEDROOM WOULD HOPEFULLY COME UP IN 1 YEAR, DO YOU WANT A DEPOSIT, I FORGOT TO ASK YOU??
