What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Wheat Ridge

For the most part it is quiet. I like the mix of solitude and convenience of still being close to things.

My neighborhood is unique in that it is an "affordable" area in Denver area. Older homes, well maintained yards, brick homes. There are more younger people with families moving in. There are many options for shopping and dining in the area. I hope more will come to this part of town as there is major road construction happening on a major road. Some of my favorite local businesses are Swiss Flower & Gift, Ross, Big Lots and Clancys Irish Pub.

The people and the houses and yards. I really like that every house has a big yard and misty off them e are well kept and green grass in the front yard

I wind up going into Denver for entertainment. Wheat Ridge doesn't have much. Or that I like enough to go to.

The neighborhood takes pride in how their yards look. I love ziggys coffee shop. The stores here are within walking distance.

I like the amount of families there are. there are good places to eat. i like having people do good around me.
